simple adventure, it is always a good idea to bring essential oils along
for the trip.
Don’t forget to also include carrier oils for diluting the essential
oils somewhere in your luggage.
Business trips can be particularly stressful. Meeting with new clients,
giving important presentations, attending seminars, etc., can all take
their toll on your during the day. To help reduce the stress of the
trip, don’t forget to include marjoram, lavender, Neroli, and peppermint
essential oils in your bag. You can reduce the effects of jet lag by

essential oil that have each been mixed with sweet almond or calendula

presentation by inhaling few drops of Neroli oil. If you come down with
minor headaches or even migraines you can ease the pain by massaging

peppermint oil mixed with 1 tsp of sweet almond oil and them rubbed into
the stomach.
When you are on a romantic holiday remember that scent is an important
ingredient to attraction. Some of the most romantic smelling oils are
rose and jasmine. You can create your own personal perfume by combining
one drop of each of them with 100 ml of jojoba oil. To help set the mood
for seduction you might try using a single drop of Ylang Ylang with its
rich oriental scent. For a romantic bath for two you might try placing a
few drops of your personal perfume into a warm bath, or use it as
massage oil after the bath is finished.

traveling with kids include tea tree, calendula, lavender, and
chamomile. To help cure motion sickness try placing a drop of lavender
or peppermint into a small cloth and then inhaling it. You can help
relax a tired kid with the use of lavender oil. With babies it is best
