Insecurity
Feelings of insecurity can affect a person’s job and relationships. It
can even harm your own feeling of self-worth and your self-esteem. To
overcome feelings of insecurity, combine sandalwood and frankincense in
a hot bath, as a massage oil, or as an inhalation.
Irritability
It is a natural human reaction to feel irritable from time to time. When
feeling irritable, a person overreacts to situations. This is often the
result of feeling stressed. Irritability can also be triggered by

abilities. Low self-esteem can also lead to depression. To overcome

bath, massage oil, or inhalation.
