Muscle Aches and Exhaustion

Muscles being overexerted can cause aching muscles and cramps...

Exhaustion

If your body is truly exhausted or fatigued, often caused by illness, stress, or poor diet, you can help it recover with a combination of lavender, geranium, and rosemary in your bath water. This combination can also be used to create a massage oil. If, however, your fatigue lasts for several days, consult a physician. Exhaustion or fatigue can be a symptom of serious mental and physical illnesses.

Muscle Aches

Muscles being overexerted can cause aching muscles and cramps. Muscle aches can, however, also be related to varicose veins, dehydration, poor circulation, or an imbalance of magnesium or calcium in the body. To alleviate muscle aches and cramps, combine ginger, black pepper, and marjoram in your bath water. This combination can also be used as a massage oil.

Neuralgia

If you suffer from neuralgia, which is a condition causing pain along the path of a nerve, you can alleviate the pain by combining geranium, cajeput, and ginger and adding it to your bath water. This combination can also be used as a massage oil, an inhalation, or as a compress and applied to the affected area.
